    Basically those foods which are digested easily such as vegetable juices and soups. A combined juice of cucumber, red beets and carrot is also beneficial. Green salad with lemon and salt is also good. Cooked vegetables include zucchini, squash and pumpkin. Fruits: apples, papaya, grapes and oranges. Spices for cooking: ginger, cumin, coriander, fennel, turmeric, ginger and asafetida.

    · Foods to avoid:

    · Spicy foods and fried foods; sweets and foods that form wind like spinach, okra, potatoes, cauliflower and broccoli. Too much tea or coffee, alchohol, white sugar, yoghurt, chocolate and cocoa. No smoking.

    · Routine:

    Don’t sleep during the day or stay up late and try to avoid excess fear, anxiety, worry, grief and stress as far as possible.
